Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website (the “Site”) operated by Moccabi. By using the Site you accept them.

2. Site content

Menu items, product photos, descriptions and prices are for information. Food and drinks on the menu are not sold through the Site; they are served in our stores and through the Moccabi App. We prepare ingredient and allergen information with care; if you have an allergy, please contact the store before ordering.

3. Online shop

The online shop sells products shipped by courier. Sales conditions are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Information Form and the Cancellation & Returns page.

4. Intellectual property

Logos, brand, design, text, photographs and other content on the Site belong to Moccabi or its licensors. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

5. Your obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully; not to harm or try to breach our systems or hinder others; and to give accurate information in forms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. Interruptions may occur because of technical faults or maintenance. To the extent the law allows, Moccabi is not liable for indirect damage arising from using the Site; your consumer-law rights are unaffected.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (maps, social media, app stores). Moccabi is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Changes and governing law

Moccabi may update these terms; the current version is published here. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer transactions fall under the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; other disputes under the Istanbul courts and enforcement offices. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
