2. Data we process

Depending on how you use our website and services we may process:

Identity and contact: name, email, phone, address.

Customer transactions: order and delivery details, invoice details, and the result of the payment (we do not store your card details; payment is handled by iyzico).

Form content: what you write in contact, franchising and career forms, including CV, education and experience for job applications.

Usage and security: IP address, browser and device information, page views and cookie data.

3. Purposes

We process data to take and deliver orders, answer support requests, assess franchising and job applications, meet legal obligations, keep our systems secure, produce statistics to improve the site and, if you consent, send commercial electronic messages.

4. Legal bases

We rely on the performance of a contract (orders), legal obligations (invoicing, tax, consumer law), our legitimate interests (security, service quality) and your explicit consent (analytics cookies, marketing messages). Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed with our payment provider (iyzico), shipping and logistics companies, hosting and email providers, accounting and legal advisers and authorities entitled by law. If you accept analytics cookies, data may be transferred abroad through Google Analytics in line with applicable transfer rules. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and the law prescribes (for example invoices and order records for the statutory periods; job applications for the assessment period plus a reasonable time). After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may ask to learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purposes and whether they are respected; know the third parties it is transferred to; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; ask that these actions be notified to third parties; object to an outcome against you based solely on automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Where the GDPR applies you also have the rights of access, portability and restriction, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. How to apply

Send your request with information that lets us verify your identity to info@moccabi.com or by post to the address above. We reply free of charge within thirty days at the latest. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

9. Security and changes

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures and serve the site over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. This notice may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
